Doug Hardy

Doug Hardy has worked as an editor, writer and editorial manager for more than 25 years at major media companies including Random House, The New York Times Magazine Company, and AT&T New Media. Doug is General Manager/Editor-in-Chief of Monster Careers.com, authoring three books with Monster founder Jeff Taylor. He manages the marketing of books through Monster. He also creates and presents multiday workshops based on the Monster Careers job search program to students, job seekers and others. He has built and managed large content organizations in book, magazine and Web publishing. Doug was VP Product/Editor-in-Chief of www.monster.com from 1999 to 2002, prior to starting Monster's book program.
